  • Tuna Tartare – Fresh #1 tuna tartare accompanied by seaweed salad, ripe avocado, and spicy pepita seed brittle.

  • Brown Butter Wellfleet Oysters & Cape Scallops – A sensual dish featuring deep-fried garlic, ginger, Meyer lemon, and spinach gnocchetti.

  • Crimson Beet & Burrata Ravioli – A vibrant beet ravioli with poppyseeds, horseradish, and bacon-wrapped Medjool dates.

  • BBQ Lamb Riblets – Served alongside a risotto of pear & Taleggio cheese with pear mostarda.
